Imboden Area Charter School, Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation which governs Imboden Area Charter School.
The Board of Directors of IACS, Inc. consists of five members who are elected by the members of Imboden Area Charter School, Incorporated. All parents of students attending IACS and the four original incorporators are members of IACS, Inc. Board members are elected for five-year terms.
